Descrierea postului: Requirements:  University degree in IT field or management  Project Management courses or PM Certifications  Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Project Management/ analysis/ development/ implementing/ integration  Knowledge of English language (conversational level)  Excellent communication abilities  Strong interpersonal skills  Negotiation skills  Driving license Responsibilities:  Direct and manage project development from beginning to end  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the Project Management Department Director  Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner  Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary  Where required, negotiate with other department managers  Set and continually manage project expectations with team members  Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team  Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path  Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
